Iwatsu Voice Networks, Esnatech Intro Mobile UC Software for iPhone
Iwatsu Voice Networks and its partner Esnatech has introduced Mobile UC software for the Apple iPhone (News - Alert) that delivers full UC to the Apple’s iPhone.

Leveraging Apple’s (News - Alert) award winning user interface, the new UC App easily access and integrate with corporate communication networks. The device is currently available as a beta release and free of charge from the iTunes App Store. It enables Apple iPhone users to directly integrate with Iwatsu (News - Alert) Voice Networks’ Enterprise Suite UC features.
The Mobile UC application also allows users to manage personal presence status, view co-worker presence status, securely instant message and initiate corporate phone calls directly form the iPhone.
David Carissimi, president of Iwatsu Voice Networks noted that the Iwatsu Enterprise Suite already delivers fax and voicemail messages into the iPhone email inbox. And now their new Mobile UC software combines voice processing and messaging with presence management and delivers these features to the Apple iPhone.
According to Carissimi, this release demonstrates Iwatsu Voice Networks' commitment to mobile application integration. This also makes Iwatsu one of the first VoIP system manufacturers to deliver full business unified communications to the iPhone.
The Mobile UC software for the Apple iPhone provides a number of features such as one-touch dialing to coworkers’ desk or mobile phones and instant message coworkers using the secure, LanTalk instant messaging application.
The application also enables the users to manage and define office presence status and integrate with the Iwatsu Enterprise Suite, view presence status and availability of colleagues as well as view call history and generate calls from the history.
