Avistar (News - Alert) Communications, a provider of unified visual communications solutions, has announced it is recruiting value added resellers, resellers and distributors at an upcoming industry event to find potential partners and resellers who can distribute their C3 (News - Alert) desktop video conferencing solution.

 

Avistar C3 Desktop features a commercial grade infrastructure that is highly scalable and manageable and features such as bandwidth management, firewall traversal and system central. Avistar C3 also enables instant-messaging style video communications across and outside the corporation.

 

The offering also allows multiple calls, directory integration and a number of advanced features that enable corporate IT administrators to have full control over the communication experience and infrastructure while providing robust reporting and user management.

In addition to this latest announcement, Avistar has also introduced an exclusive value promotion of 1,000 hours of risk-free business-class desktop videoconferencing as a giveaway.

The 1,000 Hours of Value program gives business customers an opportunity to use Avistar C3 software free of charge for 1,000 hours or four months, whichever comes first.

To avail this option, customers have to provide a minimum of 10 users per customer/organization. At any time during the value period, customers can opt out of the program, and they will not be charged or invoiced when the trial ends.

Those who decide to continue using Avistar C3 or do not cancel by the end of the trial will be automatically invoiced for the Avistar products.

Just last month, the company announced  ESCO Audio Visual as the sole distributor of Avistar C3 in Malaysia, India, Indonesia and Philippines.
