Polycom ARENA Program Selects U4EA Technologies for Platinum Partnership
U4EA Technologies has been selected by Polycom as a Platinum Member of its ARENA partner ecosystem program.
Through the Polycom (News - Alert) ARENA program, channel partners can easily offer a set of collaboration solutions that have been tested and certified by Polycom to market. This ease, coupled with the innovative suite of products and applications, allows Polycom channel partners to tap into the $10 billion unified communications (UC) market to improve their customers' efficiencies and workflow.
U4EA (News - Alert) Technologies provide next-generation UC appliances, referred to as multi-service business gateways (MSBGs). Small office/home offices (SOHOs), small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and geographically distributed enterprises can now get affordable UC solutions.
U4EA has combined its family of Fusion MSBGs with the recently introduced Fusion wireless LAN controller and access points. The company recently selected Brazil-based solution integrator M13 to expand its Fusion MSBGs into the Latin American market.
Apart from applications partners standardizing on the Polycom Unified Collaboration platform, Polycom's ARENA program now includes voice, video, wireless. Polycom is offering three levels of partnership: gold, silver and platinum, along with an associate level within the expanded program. Member companies will get numerous sales, marketing, and technical benefits based on their program status and status is based on commitment and participation within the Polycom ARENA program.
U4EA said the Platinum Partnership within Polycom’s ARENA program has a lot of potential, and the company believes UC progress is best made by offering this technology in an affordable way to all companies, not just Fortune 500 firms. The partnership with Polycom will be beneficial to resellers and service providers who serve the small and medium business segment.
“Our Multi-service Business Gateways and Wireless LAN applications, insulated by GoS, ensure IP WAN optimization and high quality for multiple Polycom endpoint applications including SIP-based VoIP, Video, Wireless and OCS applications,” said Jeff Dixon, chief strategy officer for U4EA Technologies, in a statement.
