RiseSmart Intros 'Recruiter Concierge' Service for Headhunters, High-salary Job Seekers

RiseSmart, an online job search service for applicants and recruiters, announced its new  Recruiter Concierge offering. This provides enhancements to the sourcing and screening process.

RiseSmart Concierge is an advanced human-powered job search intended to help recruiters save time. Having the strength of a team of HR professionals, RiseSmart now takes over the responsibility of finding the appropriate candidates for positions with salaries of $100K or more.

According to Sanjay Sathe, president and CEO of RiseSmart, the Recruiter Concierge give recruiters readily accessible sourcing support. It facilitates a direct interaction between candidates and recruiters.

“For recruiting organizations, finding quality candidates is expensive and time-consuming," Sathe said. "Proper sourcing requires costly subscriptions to major job boards. What's more, recruiters must spend countless hours digging through these sources to identify appropriate candidates.”

Recruiter Concierge operates through a proprietary Web console that manages candidate accounts and update the database on a real-time basis. Here each recruiter gets a virtual account manager called a “concierge.” Recruiters are then provided with a sourcing team to identify appropriate candidates.

The Recruiter Concierge Web console also gives recruiters access to resumes and lets them give feedback to the concierge. Upon requisition with Recruiter Concierge, the screened candidates are delivered to clients on the same day.

"Recruiter Concierge is designed around the customer's needs, combining people and technology with real-time client interaction. Our goal is to be the benchmark of the industry; we want to change the way companies look at resume and candidate sourcing," says Kevin Womack, vice president for Recruiter Concierge.

Womack, with his 15+ years of experience in various HR practices, worked as a partner of Resulte Universal and contributed to its outstanding performance — increasing revenues from $2 million to $30 million before it was sold to Spherion (News - Alert), a $2 billion staffing solution company.

Many top recruiters, including those from Beta Business Development, RightStaff, and TechUSA, have praised the Recrutier Concierge. They view it as an imaginative strategy to make the toughest recruiting process more viable. It will be beneficial for both the recruiters and the job seekers.
